T Mobile Posts their 2014 New Years Resolutions and Compares them to their 2013 Resolutions

T-Mobile-2014-Resolutions

T-Mobile’s New Years resolutions for 2013 consisted of shaking up the wireless industry. At least according to the picture T-Mobile posted on all their social media accounts today. Which John Legere really did shake up the industry this year. I’d even say they got some of the big carriers, namely AT&T and Verizon, a bit scared. Since today is New Years Day, T-Mobile decided to post a picture of their new resolutions for 2014. Which consist of transforming the wireless industry. Some of the resolutions are “Continue to remove customer pain points”, which T-Mobile has been doing lately. “4G LTE – go faster, go LOUD” Which T-Mobile has really been doing a great job with, especially rolling out the 20×20. “Unshackle the family from those other guys” which T-Mobile’s family plans look great, especially if they have great coverage in your area. “Make waves at CES 2014″ they do have a press conference on January 8th in Las Vegas, so we’ll be interested to see what T-Mobile does there.

Finally, “Give AT&T a break… or not”. That one I think is a bit funny. Because one of T-Mobile’s things has been giving their competitors grief. Now while they haven’t just been going after AT&T, they’ve been going after them the most. I always like seeing carriers call out their competitors, and I wish more CEOs would do this like John Legere does. At this point it’s almost comical.

I’m expecting some big things from T-Mobile in 2014, and no I’m not talking about Sprint merging with them. But from a customer stand-point. There’s already rumors of them announcing at CES to pay off your ETF to switch to T-Mobile, which would be a big deal. I know it would definitely get a lot more people to switch. Let’s see what 2014 brings to T-Mobile. What do you think T-Mobile has planned for Uncarrier 4.0 and the rest of 2014? Let us know in the comments below.
